North Naples Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our close-knit team. We’re a privately owned, progressive veterinary hospital where compassionate patient care, client education, and genuine teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.

We’re also a place where people love to stay. Most of our employees have been with us for more than three years, several have celebrated 10-year anniversaries, and our longest-tenured team member has been here for 18 years! We believe that says a lot about the culture we’ve created.

About You

We’re looking for someone who loves working with people just as much as pets. Our ideal candidate has at least one year of experience and is:

  • A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and stays organized
  • An exceptional multitasker who can thrive in a busy, high-volume environment
  • A friendly, compassionate communicator who is passionate about client education and patient advocacy
  • A collaborative team player who is equally comfortable working independently
